If you are dissatisfied with the products purchased from www.ielectrotech.com and want to cancel the purchase and get your money back, you can apply for the product return procedure within 14 calendar days, according to the provisions of UG no. 34/2014, on consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts. 

The period of 14 calendar days for the return of products starts from the receipt of the products by the buyer.

Products made to order cannot be returned according to the legislation in force.

Defective products received

In the event of receipt of a non-conforming product with manufacturing defects, it will be replaced, provided that you notify us by telephone within 48 hours of receipt of the product. The customer has the right to request replacement with a conforming product. If www.ielectrotech.com is unable to replace the product with a conforming one, the product will be refunded.

Unreleased parcels

If an order is returned because it has not been picked up from the courier, the buyer may place that order again, provided that he bears the costs of the previous round-trip transport as well as the costs of a new delivery. In this case, payment for the order shall be made in advance. If a buyer already has a returned order and wishes to place another order on www.ielectrotech.com, we reserve the right to request payment in advance to avoid abuse.

We do not accept products that have been subjected to unauthorised intervention, products that show signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks, products with missing accessories.

Any return must be preceded by a notification of intent to return.

Return of purchased products can only be made by e-mail to vanzari@ielectrotech.com or by filling in the return form. The return of the value of the products purchased on www.ielectrotech.com will be made, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product(s), by bank transfer to the bank account specified by the customer.

The return fee for the return of products is borne by the customer.

If the customer returns the order, ielectrotech.com will refund the value of the products ordered + the shipping fee originally paid when purchasing the products. The return of the products will be done through any courier company preferred by the customer to the address mentioned below.
